Aromas of citrus, stone fruits, flowers and a hint of yeast complementing its character. In the mouth, the medium body has a pronounced acidity and a long aftertaste. A lemon-yellow coloured wine with light green highlights.
The Latipes Malagouzia comes from the vineyard of the same name. Fermentation takes place using native yeasts in white oak barrels remaining on the fine lees for 9 months.
