Brilliant light yellow with greenish tints and a lively nose, with hints of citrus, passion fruit, honeydew melon and hints of oak. Full creamy mouth with excellent balance, freshness and finesse, persistent aftertaste aroma and a long finish.
Skin contact took place under inert atmosphere at low temperature, followed by controlled fermentation with indigenous flora isolated from the specific block, matured in oak barrique casks with regular stirring on fine lees for 7 months.
