An easy drinking white wine with fresh lemon and green apple flavours with a herbaceous touch. An intense and fine bouquet with aromas reminiscent of spicy fruit, white floral notes and flint. Fresh, fragrant and beautifully balanced on the palate with an uplifting finish.
The vines are grown in Yepes, in Toledo part of the Tajo River Valley. The soil has high calcareous content, with predominance of gypsum and a sandy loam texture. The vines are between 17 to 20 years old and benefit from the dry, warm climate which has an annual rainfall of approximately 400 millimetres per annum.
The grapes were carefully selected at optimum maturity and were vinified using selected yeasts. Fermentation took place at low temperatures followed by a prolonged period on its fine lees, which imparted a roundness and smoothness to the resulting wine.
