Cherubino Chardonnay Margaret River is a wonderfully complex Chardonnay, made from hand-picked bunches of grapes that are naturally fermented in new French oak barrels. Aromas are of flint, roasted nuts and nougat with underlying lemon rind and citrus blossom. Flavours of nougat with lemon rind and cinnamon spice lead to an extremely long finish.
The bouquet has a complex floral lift of citrus and stone fruit, with some secondary barrel ferment lees aromas.
