Banfi Centine Toscana Rosé 2023
A wine with pale pink hues with delicate violet overtones. Pronounced cherry notes blend elegantly with hints of small red fruits typical of Sangiovese. In the mouth, the Merlot expresses itself with volume and smoothness. Great balance and a long, savoury finish.
Typical Tuscan vineyards on various soils rich in sands or clay and pebbles. Vines are spur cordon trained.
Separate fermentation of Merlot and Sangiovese at controlled temperatures (13-16°C) in stainless steel tanks with a minimum of 2 months on lees.
