Castilla-La Mancha is one of the most sparsely populated regions of Spain, covering a vast area. The climate is continental, with a large diurnal variation of up to 18.5°C, which contributes to a healthy growing season and retention of acidity.
This wine is made in a modern style with fresh fruit to the fore but in this case also having a touch of oak for three months to increase the complexity and body of the wine.
