Rey Santo Javier Sanz Rueda Viura Verdejo is made from 85% Verdejo and 15% Viura grapes. It has a complex nose of green apple and tropical fruits. Dry, lush and full of citrus on the palate with excellent length, perfect balance and acidity.
A vivid expression of the Verdejo grape, with its characteristic notes of fennel, green apple, cut hay and peach, this wine is also imbued with an extra depth and richness in the mouth. A very satisfying, fuller-bodied style of Rueda.

The almost ethereal nature of this wine is reminiscent of Pinot Noir, yet Rufete has its own distinct personality and charm.
