More info

With growers across the region, Nicolas Feuillatte ensures only the best quality grapes are selected from Premier Cru sites. These are from vineyards situated in some of the most sought-after villages in Champagne. The chalky subsoil provides excellent drainage and imparts a unique character to the grapes. Sustainable viticultural practices are employed, ensuring healthy vines and minimal environmental impact. The grapes – Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay – are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness.

This NV Champagne benefits from a minimum of 3 years bottle ageing. Reserve wines are added to guarantee a consistent house style and are stored in a dedicated tank room to help maintain this consistent signature style year after year. Dosage is adapted for each Champagne to enhance its individual characteristics and ensure perfect balance.

Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte

Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is a leading cooperative which unites over 5,000 growers across the Champagne region. Founded on freedom and ambition, their incredible success story has been indelibly stamped with a successful and simple philosophy: to create a Champagne for everyone. The youngest of the major Champagne Houses, this dynamic venture was created in 1972, when Henri Macquart, the first CEO of Centre Vinicole de la Champagne and Nicolas Feuillatte, an ambitious entrepreneur and founder of the eponymous Champagne House, crossed paths and set the venture on the path to success. They carefully source fruit from a remarkable array of Crus, across a mosaic of different terroirs, which are enhanced by the subtle art of blending. The grapes are vinified by Cru, by area and by grape variety, together with a meticulous selection of Grands Crus and Premiers Cru, which results in wonderfully nuanced Champagnes, which reflect the harmony, finesse and freshness of this unique region.
