An elegant bouquet, brimming with ripe, vibrant peaches, raspberries and plums. The palate follows on with nuances of exotic guava and papaya, with a delicate floral note on the impressive finish.
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, the grapes were sourced from eleven individual plots across the Sainte Marguerite estate. Each plot was selected as it brings a different component to the blend, due to the variations in soil type, aspect and microclimate. The grapes were picked in the cool night-time temperatures.
The grapes were macerated on their skins at a cool temperature, before a temperature controlled fermentation took place. The wine was aged in stainless steel vats on its fine lees. Fining and filtration took place before bottling.

In 1977, Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard discovered Sainte Marguerite in La Londe-les-Maures, Provence and immediately recognised its potential. They bought the original seven hectares of vines and restored the farmhouse surrounded by palm trees, which today form the emblem of their domaine.
Sainte Marguerite’s vineyards are made up of eleven plots spread over twenty-two kilometres situated between La Londe and Pierrefeu. The wealth of different sites allows for a great diversity of aspects, soil types, and microclimates, as no two plots are the same.
