A wine with strong aromas of citrus, passionfruit, mineral and rosewater, and layers of pear, nougat, Turkish delight and citrus all working together. The palate is soft and refined, finishing with a subtle but drying acidity.
As well as producing wines under his Larry Cherubino label, the prodigious Australian producer also makes wine under the Laissez Faire name. These are a range of natural wines, and they are the ultimate expression of natural winemaking made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. The fruit is sourced from ideally situated vineyards with low density plantings or dry-grown bush vines in favourable micro-climates.
