Your Wine Delivered
We do not deliver outside England, Wales and Scotland.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are currently unavailable pending Government implementation of new legislation.
Packaging and Delivery Method
Most orders are dispatched using DHL Parcels, and the wine is re-packed in sturdy cardboard cartons with moulded pulp fibre protective inserts. These are designed to protect the bottles from damage in transit. In conjunction with the paper tape used to seal the cartons, it means that the packaging is 100% compostable, 100% biodegradable, and 100% recyclable. Some of our customers have even reused the pulp inserts in the greenhouse to grow their seedlings...
Other orders are dispatched directly from the warehouse in their original packaging, and are delivered by a specialist wine carrier.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout depending upon your order size and delivery postcode.
We have seen significant increases in courier and packaging costs in recent years, which we have tried to absorb. Our delivery charges are still less than our actual external costs, and we aim to keep our wine prices as low as possible so that we remain the cheapest on the market even allowing for shipping.

We aim to deliver the majority of orders within 3-4 working days. Some wines may take a little longer for logistical reasons, as may deliveries to outlying postcodes.
If you would like a more accurate estimate of delivery time before ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 01235 364536, letting us know your delivery postcode and what you would like to order.
We will confirm the expected delivery date by email - if you wish to delay your delivery please let us know and we will do what we can to assist.
Solely at our discretion, larger orders may be delivered directly from the warehouse according to a schedule determined by postcode.
The majority of orders are delivered by DHL Parcels and you will receive tracking information by email and/or text. This information will usually be updated with an estimated delivery time slot, once the driver's round has been allocated on the morning of delivery.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours and all deliveries must be accepted at the point of delivery. Upon request, deliveries can be left in a secure location but this is undertaken at the purchaser's risk.
In the event that you are not in at the time of delivery, the couriers will attempt to leave it with a neighbour (unless you specify otherwise). If this is not possible they will leave a card and the wine will be returned to your local depot.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide (as confirmed in our order confirmation email) is correct and complete; should it be incorrect you must notify us immediately so that we can amend your order prior to dispatch. After dispatch any changes to the delivery address will be charged as below.
If delivery cannot be made successfully within seven days, the couriers will return the wine to ourselves. Redelivery or delivery to another address will then be charged at the prevailing rate together with a courier return charge of £20. In the event that you cancel your order following return by the couriers, we will deduct the original delivery charge and the £20 return charge from your refund.
Please note that we cannot accept deliveries to PO box numbers, hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, airports or military bases.
