Kozlovic Valle is a pale golden blend of Malvasia Istriana and Sauvignon Blanc with the former giving body and texture and the latter giving verticality, freshness and aromatic complexity. The nose is youthful, quite complex, with medium intensity - floral notes and ripe peaches are seamlessly blended with tropical and grassy aromas.
This a classic aperitif wine. It will find perfect company with all kind of salads, vegetables, risotto with asparagus and all kind of cold dishes including seafood. A classic summer wine.

The Kozlović family have been making wine in the Istrian region of Croatia since 1904. The region borders Friuli and the wines, food and people have a real connection with their Italian neighbours. The winery is run by Gianfranco and Antonella Kozlović and they currently cultivate 25 hectares of vineyard. Gianfranco is a perfectionist and he is constantly striving to improve his wine; he takes a modern approach to winemaking and produces seriously good wines.
