Les Maîtres Vignerons de St Tropez Le Club 55 Rosé 2023
An elegant pink grapefruit-infused aroma, with a hint of sea salt. Persistent, graceful red fruits to taste, with a crunchy-fresh cranberry bite an d delicate, pithy citrus note on the finish.
The cooperative has access to 550 hectares of vineyards in the communes of Cuers, Puget-Ville and Pierrefeu, all well-known terroirs of Provence. The grapes for this wine come from vines that are over thirty years old, planted in predominantly stony soils mixed with iron-rich sand.
The grapes were harvested by hand and a short pre-fermentation maceration occurred. The fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature of 13°C.
