MLBMCS22
New product
A Bordeaux-style blend of fine depth and concentration, with the plums and spice of the Merlot rounding out the Cabernet’s backbone of cassis; ripe and harmonious.
The grapes are grown in the best areas of Veneto, on gravelly plains and tuffaceous hills.
Following a traditional fermentation, half the wine was aged for twelve months in French oak barriques, a third of which were new, and the other half in stainless steel.

For three generations the Maculan family have been selecting and vinifying the best grapes in Breganze, an enchanting village at the foot of the Asiago high plains, where the extremely mild climate favours the cultivation of vines and olive trees. The hills of Breganze provide an idea soil for grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Tai and Vespaiola and the production of high quality wines. The winery was founded in 1947 thanks to Giovanni Maculan’s dedication, and handed down to Fausto Maculan’s care. In 2007 his daughters Angela and Maria Vittoria joined their father.
