Remole Rosato is a brilliant dark rose colour. Bright scents of raspberry are followed by lovely hints of sweet cherry. Soft on the palate, mellow, with a clear note of acidity that adds freshness and nicely balances the natural softness.
Rèmole Rosso is a deep purple red colour, brilliant and intense. The nose reveals decisive scents of blackcurrant, raspberry and black cherry, followed by delicate spicy notes. On the palate, a warming note is balanced out wonderfully by a fresh vivacity, marrying elegance and balance with great softness.
Remole Bianco is pale straw in colour with greenish highlights. It has a lovely fruitiness on the nose, with notes of ripe pear and nectarine. Delicate floral notes continue onto the palate which is crisp, tangy and full-flavoured. The long-lingering finish is utterly delicious.
Castiglioni Chianti is a vibrant, berry-scented Tuscan red made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot. Wild berry fruit dominates the nose, whilst the palate is velvety and spicy, with a lingering finish.
Pomino Bianco comes from one of Tuscany's most renowned areas for the production of high-quality wine; it is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are aged in French barriques for a few months before bottling. Terre More dell Ammiraglia Maremma Toscana, from the Marchesi de Frescobaldi, has wonderful aromas of deep, dark fruits- blackberry and blackcurrant giving way to spiced notes of liquorice and vanilla. Enveloping and beautifully complex, with fine and elegant tannins and a deliciously, long finish.
