New product
Wild berries and savoury spice characterise this round, seductive example of the local grape Teroldego. Velvety in the mouth, with a juicy freshness, this is both delicious and distinctive.
The fruit for this wine comes exclusively from Mezzacorona’s vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana, the plain that follows the Adige river down to Lake Garda.
The juice underwent traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for a period of five to six days. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place at 25-27ºC and the wine underwent a brief maturation in oak barrels before bottling.
