Crisp, fruity Chardonnay with flavours of melons and white peaches; harmonious and easy-drinking.
From a sunny area called the Piana Rotaliana, vines grow on hills along the Adige river at altitudes of 200-500m above sea level. Fertile soils and a variety of favourable microclimates provide excellent conditions for grape growing, and the grapes for this wine were harvested by hand.
The grapes were transported to the state-of-the-art facilities of Mezzacorona for vinification in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of around 18-20°C. The wine is unoaked.
