Elegant, dry Pinot Grigio with apple and banana fruit aromas, floral lift in the mouth, and a clean, crisp finish.
Situated at least 200m above sea level and with a mild climate, the vineyards of the lower Adige valley are well suited to the production of crisp, medium-bodied wines.
Traditional white vinification at controlled temperatures of around 18-20°C. The wine was bottled early without oak ageing or malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve the fresh fruit quality.
