Nina Catarratto/Pinot Grigio 2024
Fresh tropical fruit notes combine with subtle hints of almond. Dry yet rounded and quite full bodied with a refreshing finish.
The Nina range of wines are produced by a family company with over 90 years of history, whose focus on delivering quality and value has always been a central pillar of their business.
The grapes are grown in vineyards with predominantly calcareous soils in Sicily.
Following a gentle pressing, the must was taken off the skins and left to ferment for 15-20 days at between 15°-17° C in stainless steel vats. The wine was then stored at 18°-20° C in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
