From the terraced slopes for which Kamptal is famous, this is a savoury, serious style, with extra layers of spice and concentration.
From the Hasel vineyard, the grapes for this wine are grown on loess soil on terraces at about 250 metres above sea level. Great care and attention is paid to using environmentally friendly and sustainable cultivation methods in the vineyard.
After careful pressing, the grapes remained on fine lees while undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
