More info

From the Kogelberg vineyard, the grapes for this wine are grown on loess soil at about 300 metres above sea level. The vineyard is south-facing. Great care and attention is paid to using environmentally friendly and sustainable cultivation methods in the vineyard.

After careful pressing, the grapes remained on fine lees while undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
