Fresh tropical fruit notes combine with subtle hints of almond. Dry yet rounded and quite full bodied with a refreshing finish.
The grapes are grown in vineyards with predominantly calcareous soils in Sicily.
Following a gentle pressing, the must is taken off the skins and is left to ferment for 15-20 days at between 15-17°C in stainless steel vats. The wine is then stored at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
