Fresh pear and almond notes infuse this delicately structured, stylish Pinot Grigio. Dry yet rounded, with a refreshing finish.
The grapes are grown in vineyards with predominantly clay soils in the Veneto region.
Following a gentle pressing, the must was taken off the skins and left to ferment for 15-20 days at between 15-17°C in stainless steel vats. The wine was then stored at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
