Rabl Grüner Veltliner benefits from spicy grapefruit with tropical fruit notes on the palate through to a mineral, crisp finish.
Following the philosophy that only the best grapes produce high quality wines, meticulous care and attention is paid to the vines. A foliage treatment is used to ensure a more balanced aeration and exposure to the sun, resulting in healthy grapes. The vineyards at Weingut Rabl are either the best primary rock soil vineyards in and around Langenlois or based on rich loess soils that are of the same high calibre.
The grapes were harvested once they had reached the desired levels of maturity. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel in order to preserve the freshness and integrity of the Grüner Veltliner characteristics.
