Cherubino Cabernet Sauvignon Margaret River is a dark, concentrated Cabernet from Western Australia. Grapes are hand picked and the fermented juice is aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Cassis and cigar box cedar aromas fill the nose; the palate is full and intense, but with ripe tannins that give a delicate, velvety mouth-feel.
