The lush dark fruit of this Cabernet is balanced by its structure and tannins. Oak ageing brought out its depth, richness, and long smooth finish. Aromas of cherry cola and orange peel mix with a hint of leather. The palate summons flavours of vanilla, blackberry, and black cherry.
Our source for this exclusive range has access to some of the best vineyard resources in the Central Coast, and in fact our buying team has long been rather jealous of their plush, well-priced Pinot Noir available under other labels. Rather than relying on sugar and oak like so many US wines at this level, Salt + Stone has genuine fruit concentration and a savoury grip worthy of the name.

Fermentation in stainless steel vessels was followed by ageing in American oak barrels to bring out depth, richness, and a long smooth finish.
