Soñadora Organic Airén/Verdejo 2022
A crisp, fresh blend of Verdejo and Airén with aromas of apples and pears, alongside freshly cut grass and exotic fruits on the palate.
The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards situated in the high plains of Spain in the La Mancha region. Here, the combination of cold, windy winters and hot, dry summers are ideal for growing healthy grapes.
After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC over a period of three weeks before bottling.
