Soñadora Organic Tempranillo/Garnacha 2022
This soft, easy-going blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha is loaded with dark berry fruit that has a subtle, spicy twist on the finish.
The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards situated in the high plains of Spain in the La Mancha region. Here, the combination of cold, windy winters and hot, dry summers are ideal for growing healthy grapes.
After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel at 24-26°C with gentle daily pump-overs for medium extraction. After ten days the skins were removed to ensure that no bitter tannins were extracted.
