Chateau La Sauvageonne Cuvée Pica Broca is a very fine wine from the Terrasses du Larzac zone of the Coteaux du Languedoc. Old vine Grenache and Syrah grapes are picked when perfectly ripe, with limited yields. The wine is aged for up to 16 months in new oak giving great complexity with aromas of garrigue, brambles and warm earth.
