Chateau La Sauvageonne Cuvée Pica Broca is a very fine wine from the Terrasses du Larzac zone of the Coteaux du Languedoc. Old vine Grenache and Syrah grapes are picked when perfectly ripe, with limited yields. The wine is aged for up to 16 months in new oak giving great complexity with aromas of garrigue, brambles and warm earth.
Crimson red in colour with delicate purple tints, this wine reveals aromas of very ripe red fruits and wild berries on the nose. The full and rounded palate is well-balanced, showing jammy blackcurrant and blackberry, backed by distinctive woody notes and a long, elegant finish.
