Tamarind Garden Chardonnay/Moscatel 2023
An aromatic blend of Chardonnay and Moscatel. Moscatel adds a touch of sweetness, whilst Chardonnay brings acidity to keep the palate fresh.
The grapes come from vineyards in Chile’s fertile Valle Central, renowned for producing bright and fruity wines, perfect to pair with and enhance a broad range of aromatic and spiced dishes.
The grapes were crushed and pressed with a brief maceration period. The must was then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
