Crisply balanced and full of flavour, this delicious Sicilian rosé offers strawberry and cherry fruit, and an aroma of fresh spring flowers.
The vines are planted on calcareous sandy clays between 450 and 700 metres above sea level.
The juice was fermented in stainless steel at 15°C for fourteen days. This was followed by a partial malolactic fermentation and three months' ageing in stainless steel tanks.
