Tenuta J. Hofstätter Pinot Bianco 2024
Medium to full straw yellow in colour, fresh aromas of peach combined with apple and pear on the nose, elegant and zesty on the palate, harmonious in structure, round with masses of finesse and a hint of nut on the finish.
Hofstätter's vineyards are planted on both sides of the Adige river, at between 250 and 800 metres altitude. The Pinot Bianco is grown on gravelly clay-limestone soil. The grapes were harvested by hand.
The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 17°C. The wine was bottled without fining.
