The top wine from the estate, Mormoreto is a rich, elegant wine with intense blueberry and blackberry aromas and warm balsamic notes. Ruby, red with violet highlights. On the palate the tannins are textured and dense, rich and velvety with a very long finish marked by eucalyptus and balsamic notes.
The nose shows notes of spice and liquorice, with the Cabernet Franc providing a striking freshness that continues through to the neatly structured palate. Raspberry and blackcurrant fruit fill out the frame, supported by very fine tannin and a graceful finish.
A complex bouquet of red and black berries, damson, blackcurrant complemented by mineral notes and hints of spice. Ripe al Convento is opulent and smooth on the palate, with rich, elegant tannins and indulgent notes of coffee and tobacco. The finish is almost endless, a treat for the senses.
