The Pays d’Oc region in Southern France comprises many different landscapes – over two hundred kilometres of beach, wooded valleys, the steep slopes of the Pyrenees, the wild garrigue and the Mediterranean Sea. In this pristine landscape, vines thrive in ideal conditions and the perfect terroir has resulted in these outstanding Merlot grapes which have been harvested at exactly the right moment.
