Mezzacorona’s high-altitude vineyards have here produced a superior example of Pinot Grigio Rosé. Jam-packed with the ripe strawberries and raspberry fruit you would expect from this variety, but with far more intensity and structure than the norm. The finish is long, lingering and clean, with a fine acidity.
Pinot Grigio from Cantina Tramin is dry, crisp and refreshing with delicate fruit aromas of green apples, a nutty complexity and hints of green leaves. The wine shows a beautiful balance between a bright acidity and a richness of texture and is a million miles from the wines that have made Pinot Grigio's 'workhorse' reputation.
This pure Chardonnay shows fresh aromas of ripe yellow fruits combined with a scent of hazelnut and almond with sweet hints of vanilla. Body and acidity are perfectly balanced with a pleasant freshness and a mineral aftertaste.
Lagrein from Cantina Tramin is made from an indigenous grape variety from the Alto Adige. The wine boasts a beautiful bouquet of violets and blackberries with hints of cherries and subtle earthy notes. Velvety textured on the palate with raspberry, dark cherry, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice underpinned by a powerful structure and a long finish.
Piccolomini Travicello Vallagarina is a blend of Cabernet Sauvlgnon, Merlot Marzemo and Foja Tonda, soft in tannins and full of fruit. Aromas of summer fruits are followed by tastes of ripe berries on the palate.
Delightfully aromatic with elegant floral notes of roses and lilies, herbal nuances and exotic lychee, mango and passion fruit. Rich in flavour with a refreshing palate full of finely spiced juiciness.
A classic and expressive Pinot Grigio, bright straw yellow in colour with an attractive aroma of citrus fruits, peach, honeydew melon and pear; medium-rich, fruity, well-structured and direct on the palate with orchard fruit flavours and tangy, fruity acidity on the finish.
