Cherubino Chardonnay Margaret River is a wonderfully complex Chardonnay, made from hand-picked bunches of grapes that are naturally fermented in new French oak barrels. Aromas are of flint, roasted nuts and nougat with underlying lemon rind and citrus blossom. Flavours of nougat with lemon rind and cinnamon spice lead to an extremely long finish.
Lovely aromas of sweet peaches and ripe melon with vanilla through to a richly textured palate. Beautifully balanced sweetness which is rich but not cloying with great length retaining freshness throughout.

Chateau Beau Site Saint Estèphe Cru Bourgeois comes from this esteemed neighbour of Grand Cru Château Calon-Segur. It is a cabernet-dominated traditional, well-structured Saint-Estèphe which can either be enjoyed now or aged further, as it continues to develop more complex flavours.
Nadine Ferrand Pouilly-Fuissé 'Prestige' comes from a tiny 3.5 hectare parcel of old vines. The wine is aged in 30% new oak, giving refined exotic aromas of apricot, vanilla, acacia and white pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured, making it a good potential candidate for bottle age.
