New product
Bold and fruity, with melon, citrus and tropical fruit aromas complemented by a subtle, nutty complexity on the palate. Freshness comes from the bright yet balanced acidity and the finish has a pleasingly creamy note.
Grapes for this wine come from ten to twenty-year-old vines planted on red clay over limestone and sandy loam.
After pressing, the must was quickly separated from the skins before undergoing alcoholic fermentation, 59% in stainless steel and 41% fermented in second fill French oak. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out. The wine was then left to age on its lees for seven months with regular stirring.
