Specially selected and blended parcels of Cabernet, Carménère and Syrah with bright fruit flavours to accentuate the aromatic character of the dish.
The grapes come from vineyards in Chile’s fertile Valle Central, renowned for producing bright and fruity wines, perfect to pair with and enhance a broad range of aromatic and spiced dishes.
The grapes were crushed and pressed with a brief maceration period, followed by decantation. The must was then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 21-23°C for 7 days.
