Intense, fruity Primitivo full of jammy plum fruit and savoury spice. Smooth-textured with a lick of vanilla on the finish.
The grapes were harvested in the first half of September. After a seven-day maceration period, fermentation took place at controlled temperatures between 23° and 26° C, with the addition of selected yeasts. After a gentle clarification, the must was moved to large Slavonian oak casks to age for six months.
