New product
A scented and lively rosé, filled with citrus, subtle strawberries and juicy grapefruit. Bright acidity and herbs add to this elegant wine.
The grapes are from higher areas of Escaladei, where soils are predominantly clay and there is a mixture of young and old vines. The sites are north and east facing, located between 600 and 800 metres above sea level. All grapes are hand harvested and pass through two selection processes.
On arrival at the winery the grapes were cooled to two degrees Celsius, in order to preserve aromatics. They were then destemmed and macerated with skins for three hours in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine remained in tank for four months prior to bottling.
