Tropo Little Red 2022
Fruit-forward and juicy, with flavours of bright red cherries and blueberries. The fresh fruit is complemented by a racy acidity, and the tannins are firm yet balanced, bringing an attractive texture.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, planted on alluvial quartz and clay soils.
The varieties in this blend were macerated separately over a period of two to seven days, after which fermentation took place in stainless steel, using indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.

The Tropo range of wines is produced by Brendan and Laura Carter of Unico Zelo renown. These wines retain Unico Zelo’s irreverent and fun-loving approach, whilst simultaneously highlighting the quality of their beloved Adelaide Hills fruit. Always quaffable and fruit-forward, yet with an admirable degree of complexity, these are wines to be enjoyed rather than contemplated.
