Fruit-forward and juicy, with flavours of bright red cherries and blueberries. The fresh fruit is complemented by a racy acidity, and the tannins are firm yet balanced, bringing an attractive texture.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, planted on alluvial quartz and clay soils.
The varieties in this blend were macerated separately over a period of two to seven days, after which fermentation took place in stainless steel, using indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
