New product
Complex aromas of ripe red fruit beautifully balanced with spicy notes. The palate is velvety and round with a long and harmonious finish.
Grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard situated at 950m above sea level, with vines aged between fifty and eighty years. Yields were kept very low, at four tonnes per hectare.
Cold maceration for five days at 8-10°C was followed by a seven day fermentation with native yeasts at a temperature of 28°C. The malolactic fermentation was 100% natural and the wine was aged for sixteen months in new French oak.

Finca Perdriel is Bodega Norton’s original property and home to the winery. With one hundred years of continuous cultivation, it has 100 hectares almost entirely planted with vines between 20 and 50 years, at 950 meters (3,117 ft) above sea level. The terroir combines poor soils and cold air from the mountains delivering aromatic and concentrated white and red grapes, perfect for making powerful and elegant premium wines. This estate stands out for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec grapes.
